EXSERO represented SYMONS for Vietnam, from 1994 to 2011. SYMONS forms were used to construct the Sheraton Hotel and Sofilel Hotels in HCMC, Saigon, Vietnam.
Jeff Dilley, Vietnam Manager of EXSERO, holds a Masters Degree in Urban Administration and International Affairs from the University of Pittsburgh. Jeff has been a city manager. He also holds four active real estate brokerage licenses in the Washington, DC, area. Jeff consulted in commercial real estate and development for twenty years before returning to Vietnam in January of 1994.
