EXSERO has been the exclusive SYMONS agent for Vietnam, since 1994. SYMONS forms were used to construct the Sheraton Hotel and Sofilel Hotels in HCMC, Saigon, Vietnam. Jeff Dilley, Vietnam Manager of EXSERO, holds a Masters Degree in Urban Administration and International Affairs from the University of Pittsburgh. Jeff has been a city manager. He also holds four active real estate brokerage licenses in the Washington, DC, area. Jeff worked in commercial real estate for twenty years before returning to Vietnam in January of 1994.
