EXSERO is managed by Jeff Dilley. Jeff has been directly involved with U.S. and Vietnam's bilateral trade, investment and business potential for forty (40) years. Jeff has actively carried out business in Vietnam for over EIGHTEEN (18) years.
Since January 1994, Jeff has made over SEVENTY-TWO (72) long term business trips to Vietnam. Affiliated local Vietnamese persons and firms focused on Vietnam's industries and properties are EXSERO in Vietnam.
Based in Washington, DC, Jeff has been in private and international business since 1972. Jeff holds degrees in economics and business from the University of Wisconsin, an MPA from the University of Pittsburgh, Graduate School of Public and International Affairs (GSPIA), and completed the course work for a Ph.D. in international business at New York University.
Recently, Jeff made three (3) investment and globalization strategy presentations in Vietnam in late 2008 and 2009. Jeff wrote an article for Recycling Today magazine entitled: Vietnam: The Pearl of Asia. Further, Jeff wrote a monograph about the potential of the industrialization of Central Vietnam in 1972, which was featured in the Los Angeles Times.
Jeff was Chairman of the International Economic Issues Group in the 1988 Bush Presidential Campaign and was slated to enter Vietnam in 1992, in international affairs, he has been involved in Vietnam's business emergence since then.
In the 1970's and 80's, Jeff was involved in diversified U.S.A. domestic and international consulting and real estate actions. Jeff was been involved in consulting, urban, investment and agency management in those twenty (20) years.
Jeff has a diversity of experience across management, finance, marketing and sales, operations, business development and strategic planning in both the public and private sectors of the world economy. Jeff has carried out economic development, direct local foreign business, trade promotion, and large, medium and small enterprise development for FORTY (40) years.
Jeff is a native of the State of Wisconsin and left a technical college instructor position in Milwaukee in 1968 to go to Vietnam. He retired as a reserve U.S. Army officer in 2002.
